Organizations must choose the right market, assess available expertise, consider its breadth and diversity, evaluate market resources, and assess language capabilities for serving global business units.

What if we alleviate these challenges by creating a different structure, one in which there is access to extensive expertise, governance, strategy, and structure at significantly reduced costs compared to traditional approaches, a structure where talent, skillset, expertise are…SHARED.
This context has driven us into introducing the concept of “Kinetprise“, a joint integrated GBS model that propels collaboration as the driving force, leveraging best practices from diverse industries and ecosystems. This collaborative momentum across organizations, industries, geographies, and ecosystems accelerates the transformation of core and non-core processes, introducing unprecedented levels of acceleration and agility, aiming for true digital transformation.
We advocate for a collective effort to redesign organizations, promoting simplicity over complexity. The approach relies on an extensive level of expertise, breaking down traditional hierarchies to treat every individual as an expert. This collaborative and open mindset becomes essential in avoiding a three decade-long repetition of outdated models in the face of emerging technologies, ensuring organizations not only achieve economies of scale and scope but also economies of effort and solutions.
Let’s start by challenging the traditional process view, advocating for a holistic approach starting from customer needs and ending with customer satisfaction. This perspective aims to serve organizations at the core, demonstrating that financial soundness and success are achievable through reinvention.
Our initial step involves a reinvention of the governance surrounding processes, followed by the introduction of technology to uphold this innovative approach, all this while diligently creating an appropriate framework for people to operate in.
